Registration instructions
For Group Leader / Youth Minister
Step 1: Create a Church/Youth Minister Account
Step 2: Click MY RESERVATIONS and then NEW RESERVATION
Step 3: Select GROUP PRE-ORDER!!!!
Step 4: Select the Session You are attending
Step 5: Read the instructions on How To Make A Group Pre-Order
Step 6: Indicate Quantities- This is just your estimated, hopeful number that you will bring to camp. This number can be edited later if you need more space.
Step 7: Click CREATE BLOCK
Step 8: Add your Church Name and City- Several churches have the same name so make sure yours is unique to your group.
Step 9: You DO NOT NEED A CODE
Step 9: Minimum age: 0 Max age: 99. Ultracamp was unable to take this step out but we don't need it. :)
Step 9: ClicknNEXT- and then COMPLETE ORDER!
For Camper / Sponsor Registration
Step one: Create an Account or Login to Existing Account
Step two: Select NEW RESERVATION
Step three: Select INDIVIDUAL
Step four: Select the BLUE link that says “I am with a a group that has reserved space”
Step four: Select your Church or Group
Step four: Select Camper or Add Camper
Step five: Continue with the Registration Process
For Individual Campers- those that are not coming with a group-there is a group set up for the Individual Campers so follow the instructions above.
